Worst experience ever in a beauty salon!! I went there for a hair botox, $150, my hair was perfect the first day of the treatment only, when I washed it I had more frizz than before, horrible! And I have straight hair, according to Lucia, the owner, it was supposed to eliminate all my frizz without need of a blower, well that was not my case. Run away from this lady, she is a fraud!

It was horrible. I had a 4 p.m. appointment it was 450 they were still doing the person in front of me and I still had another one to go. I never seen such bad service in my life. I will never go back to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone

Horrible experience. I went in today around 3:30pm and asked how much would it cost me to go platinum, the lady who attended me, Mercy/Mercedes/Maria Guisella -idk everybody gave me a different name when I was complaining about her- told me that it would be $60 for my full hair, which is of a medium-long length. I’d like to state that my hair was already light ash blond, except for my roots (around 4 inches) which were brownish. I agreed to the price and she started doing my roots, 2 bleaching applications and a toner, all the while being aggressive and dismissive of my questions. All of a sudden after the toner, she told me that she was done. I asked her how much would I be paying and she snorted derisively “60, what don’t you remember?” I told her 60 dollars was too much for a root touch-up and that I had asked for a full-hair application quote, she became defensive and told me that the rest of my hair was already platinum and that there was no need to work on it. Which is a total lie because my hair is now yellow on the roots and light ash blond in the ends. Worst experience ever.
