Had a very positive experience. Staff was friendly & most accommodating- got an appointment -same day. My hair was in SAD shape, color wise–Jasmine helped to pick a color that was very close to the color I have had for years. I am pleased with the results.

Warning, ask for a color swatch before you get a color. I wanted ashy blonde highlights and they came out an ugly gray. The lady does not know how to cut layers. She took 2 inches off in some places when I asked for 3/4 inch. Instead of pulling hair up and angling inward, she uses thinning scissors.
