Critical: QualityIf I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly, you were rushed from the get go. I waited for almost an hour to get done within 30 min. The nail technician cut me multiple times and kept going over the same spots making it bleed more. My nails came out so bubbly and not at all what I had asked for. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI showed the younger girl a picture of how I wanted the nails she was confident that she could do them they turned out completely opposite and then she proceeded to charge me double for some thing I never ask for she did a terrible job and also had the nerve to have an attitude and speak terribly to her employees and look at me like I was completely crazy ,she was very unprofessional if I were you I would take your money elsewhere this was the ugliest set of nails I have ever had!!! I had been going since it first opened. Was my 1st choice. Then one visit I went to get eyebrows waxed and it looked fine at first. Then when the redness went away you see that she waxed away the arch. I waited longer than usual before going back so they could grow out more than usual before the next visit. I told the lady that the previously lady that helped me made my eyebrows straight and I would like the arch put back in. She said ok. She made them straight too.

I have been here many times and I’ve always been pleased. But this time, I went on May 29, 2019 to get my nails, an overlay, and my toes done, I was NOT PLEASED. I had to tell the lady that she didnt put clear coat on one hand, then after I left and was on vacation I realized that she didnt clear coat my toes either. I’m super disappointed and I won’t be back. Every time I’ve gone the service and the quality has got consistently worse. Too bad!!

I’ve always like Kanynas except if I got that one woman who doesn’t work there anymore. I don’t think I will go back after this last time though. I got a mani with shellac and it dried really gloopy. I can see the brush strokes and it started chipping the next day. I got my eyebrows done and defiantly NO COMPLAINTS on that. They are fantastic. I also got eyelashes put on. The girl used WAY TOO MUCH GLUE. I can’t get them off and they hurt! Now some are coming off but my real eyelashes are breaking off with them. I’m devastated.

Don’t go there . The people was nice but they do a horrible job. I got a full set of acrylic nails. First off the acrylic is all off and my nails are not straight. I left in tears with messed up nails and $40 for the messed up nails.
