Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give them zero stars I would.I got a couples massage with my fiance. Surprised him for valentine’s day. Everything started out pretty well. But within the first 5 minutes they kept talking to each other back and forth for quite awhile. Which is pretty disturbing while you’re trying to relax. Suddenly my massagist is gone. Some young kid is working on me now. But he’s literally doing the same motion for over ten minutes in the same spot. I was so irritated. The first lady I had -she had great pressure and felt amazing. I had to say something to the kid for him to massage elsewhere. It felt terrible.So then we go to leave and check out. And the lady at the front desk very rudely tells us we need to tip. That’s how they make their money.Little does she know I’ve been in the service industry for over 14 years. If anything -I tip excessively. Screw these people. I’ve had quite a few massages in my lifetime and I’ve had nothing like this experience. It was terrible. I’ve been going to kang jian for years, but since covid hit I’ve been choosing different options and literally cheating myself. They have a great routine super relaxing and affordable. I’d recommend this place not only for couples, but friends looking for a way to treat themselves with some self love. Go for the 90 minutes you won’t regret it! I had never had a massage before but had a very painful back problem which they resolved immediately! I have been there two times and appreciated and enjoyed each experience. It is a very clean, friendly, and professional environment and I was amazed at the value. I would recommend it without qualification for either a relaxing massage, or, muscle spasm like I experienced.

went here for a couple’s massage scheduled for 5pm. there was another couple in the room finishing up, we didn’t get started until 5.20p. at no time did anyone come out and tell us there was a delay. the staff just kept saying ‘sorry sorry’ with no explanation or no attempt to make things right. inside the room is not very private. there is a sliding curtain that acts as privacy – but only private if the curtain was pulled all the way to the edge of the doorway. anyone could see into the room at various states of undress.

Awesome establishment with great staff, ownership and customer care. Tried to purchase a Groupon for this establishment. The Groupon thing turned into somewhat of a mess and just didn’t work out. So I called the facility and spoke with the owner Davis who was just fantastic right out of the gate. He understood my frustration with Groupon and offered to match the Groupon offer directly, cutting them out of the picture entirely.

She obviously has a passion for what she does. I had a 90min session with CBD oil upgrade, I booked with and met the own David. They even booked me on short notice, I had some free time open up and figured I’d give it a shot, within an hour and a half of calling I was getting worked on!It’s hard to imagine some of the poor reviews I’ve seen on here, I’m guessing it’s mostly Karens Karening.
