Scheduled an appointment here for my best friend and I to get our nails done for my wedding, a month in advance. We arrived to the door locked and the lights off. I called and was told that they didn’t see us on the schedule for that day. I texted the number of the person that confirmed my appointment and was then told that my appointment was accidentally scheduled for the next day, but they would try to get another nail tech to come along with her to try to get us done. I asked how long it would take and they said over an hour, which I was not waiting for. I’m from Kansas City so that’s why I made the appointment so early. I ended up having to drive around to find another nail salon to get us both in at the last minute.
