It was my first visit to this shop and my last! The lady that did my hair was rough, very unprofessional and seemed very impatient. She yanked on my hair the entire time, even after I said something to her which seemed to upset her, then she started talking about me in her language. When you are paying your hard earned money for a service you should not be subjected to any form of mistreatment. I personally will never go back to this place again.

The prices are fair, everyone works so fast, and Kande has high quality hair at her shop so you don’t need to run out and get your own. Kande consults you on styles that would work best for you and is always flexible to meet your schedule. Never have I been to a shop with so many high quality braiders in one place, that’s open 7 days a week and that work so fast. I’ve been here before and the lady who did my hair was very nice but today I made an appointment and the owner confirmed for 4. I get there (traffic and all) and they are closed. Called multiple times no one picked up. I wasted a whole hr driving there during traffic time. All they had to do was give me a call to say something happened and they wouldn’t be there. So frustrated with the customer service. Please do better

My hair is lovely…I love it! I personally think that knotless braids are better to get. Less pain, less weight, I will never get this done again. Knotless only. This is way too tight. I payed 185.00 all together and I think I should have gotten knotless braids for that price. I was told knotless was 180 dollars and up. Well, I braid very well so I’ll be doing my own like I have been doing.
