I set up a couples massage here for my honeymoon and it was absolutely what we needed! They have some awesome stuff in the locker room, my favorite was the shallow hot tub! We booked the Private Ocean View Cabana Couples Massage and it was the most relaxing massage ever! You need to wear bathing suits considering it’s outdoors which was completely fine. I recommend something easy to take off your back/shoulders such as a strapless bikini top for ease when they massage your back. It was hot out that day, so we added the facial mask add on and it was soo refreshing because the heat was almost uncomfortable, but the mask made that much of a difference to cool you down. It’s so serene to hear the ocean while getting this massage, it’s a whole other world. But be aware that it’s by the beach where families are so you hear the occasional kids screaming, it’s not that bad as there is a bit of a distance still. Since we booked this for July 1st, the town apparently does their tsunami siren testing on the first of every month which happened during the massage but didn’t last longer than a minute. When the massage was done, you end by going to a relaxation room that overlooks the ocean where they have some refreshing drinks for you to just soak in your experience before heading off to the remainder of your day. The team was very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this spa, it’s beyond worth it and a moment to remember forever!

Everything is clean and the massage room is so nice and relaxing. My masseuse is very nice, pleasant, courteous and did an amazing work on getting my stiff muscles to relax and soften. I felt so good! I also love the plumeria oil that I chose out of the 3 options offered to me. I love the shower and vanity area where we can use combs, hair ties , lotion, nice shower rooms and the hot tubs! Love the robe and slippers!

My friend and I decided to get a massage while our husbands were golfing and found this spa by chance. My friend is a huge Marilyn Monroe fan so it was destiny. From the moment we walked into this luxurious spa we were treated like royalty. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Even gave us a tour prior to our booking (the next day) We booked a “couples massage” so we could get the outdoor cabana massage. we arrived 2 hours prior to our appointment to utilize the sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious drink at the hotel outdoor bar and walked along the beach before going in. Our massage therapists were both fantastic!!! “Deep tissue” massage w/our choice of scented oil. The massage with a tranquil setting including the sound of ocean waves hitting the sand and a warm breeze was the ultimate experience!

Massage itself was great. Spa amenities and decor is super outdated. Bathroom toilets had stains, whirlpool jets did not work, I felt like I was in an 80s time warp. The waiting room looked like a dentist office. Worst Hyatt spa I’ve ever been to which is a shame because the masseuse was actually a rockstar.

This spa is excellent! A friend and I enjoyed a massage outside under the cabana and facials! The relaxation room is exactly that! Sitting in the room with a full wall open air view of the ocean is amazing! Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. Over priced. Rude. I booked for a outside couples massage and they tried to give us a massage inside on a nice sunny day. One lady barely even rubbed u and the other tried to kill you with all her body weight like some kind of wrestler. Wasn’t relaxing at all. Don’t waste your time and money there is way better places to get a real massage.

Made appts for two couples, my parents and then myself and my husband. We staggered appts so my husband and I could get facials and a massage. We coordinated times because we have kids with us. We got in for massages and they were great! Then we were ready for our facials (which when I booked was the main reason I was coming because the humidity broke my skin out) and as we asked when our facials were, they said they needed to talk to us. The esthetician called in sick and we couldn’t do one of our facials and we would have to come back later. I wasn’t going to make my husband wait for me while I did that nor come back later as my parents had their times. Which I discussed when I booked. They waited until after our appts to tell us, which was frustrating. We got a small discount for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t have paid that much for just a massage. When it was an add on while we were really there for our facials. It was a swing and a miss for us.
