Since this was our first visit, we honestly weren’t sure what to expect. We had the pleasure of being helped by the younger stylist, whom I forgot the name. We first opt-in to the additional $3 for hair wash. Oh, boy. That was wash did not feel like three dollars. It felt like a million bucks! Just the feeling of her “roughness” on our scalp, and the “waking” up after she finished, I kind-of felt reborn. The wash alone felt rejuvenating.

Miss Joo did great job on my hair today. It was fast and the service was great. She offered me coffee and tried to make me comfortable. I did color and cut and I am satisfied about the result. I would say this place is one of the best in Northern Virginia.

I went in May 2019 for a digital perm. I showed them pictures of what I wanted, which was straight hair with loose curls on the ends. Instead, I got a terrible perm with messy and unhealthy tight curls. I returned 3 days later to fix it. At this point, my hair felt so damaged, I just wanted it straight and back to normal. They didn’t apologize even once for messing my hair up. Instead, two women man-handled me, shoved me around, and combed my hair aggressively. The straight perm is supposed to last until you chop it off. Instead, my hair was wavy. It didn’t last even a month. Instead of apologizing for messing up, they demanded more money. Will not be coming back!
