Sheila was very confident and knowledgeable about what my skin needed. I have rosacea and the combination of products gave me a much more even appearance. Clearly a newer establishment still working out a couple of kinks. My appointment was about 20 minutes late, but I didn’t mind too much because I was offered a very cold bottle of water upon arrival. The space is bright and not at all claustrophobic (a problem I sometimes have in medical offices). My botox nurse Marichu was kind, confident, knowledgeable, and gentle. She gave me some recommendations about skincare and let me know about their membership options but I didn’t feel pressured in any way. I will definitely be back to explore their menu more.
