Lash lift and threading. I usually get threading done here by KC and love it. However today I had a new employee and I am very disappointed. I’ve had my lashes lifted here before and they took my very straight eyelashes and made them a beautiful curl that lasted three weeks!

I had my eyebrows threaded and upper lip done. My eyebrows are not even – one is higher than the other (a friend told me during lunch after the appointment). My upper lip turned dark (not sure if this is irritation or bruising- it’s never happened before). I really regret going before the holidays and am so surprised a client can walk away like this…. I am beyond disappointed.

I got a lash lift and tint done here and I’m not impressed with the service at all. I was told that I need to keep coming back to have my lashes lifted more because they’re too strong and straight when I have got a lash lift and tint before somewhere else and it was perfectly fine and I loved it. Work was done sloppy and I had tint and glue left on my eye lids. Will not be going back.

The ladies are very good at threading. It is an amazing feeling getting your brows cleaned up. No unibrow. They go pretty fast but no worries they know what they’re doing. It can be slightly painful. Im used to it it now so it doesn’t really hurt anymore.
