If I could give zero stars I would. I called previous day for an eyelash extension apt. The women booking my apt was on the phone time time as I and we agreed for 5:00 pm following day. The woman my apt was with called me day of appt. 5 hours before our schedule time to say there was a overlap in booking, an apt for 4:30 and my apt for 5. I said weren’t you on the phone to ensure this didn’t happen. She said yes but I was looking at next week.

I came here from recommendations from my friend and this will now become my permanent spot for eyebrow threading. The staff is amazing and the worker that did my eyebrows (Lisa) was super kind with a great bubbly personality. The facility was super clean and they made sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort during my threading (which was basically painless). I will be recommending this place as well from now on.

First off when do they charge extra based on the amount of hair. Second the tinting is horrible, my eyebrows are uneven and there’s spots without tinting. I had to pluck to get hair they missed and was peeling off wax she failed to remove. Never ever again! Worst experience ever and I’ve been going to them for a long time. So I really wanted to love the place the owner is nice. But I cannot recommend for eyebrow lamination. I got an eyebrow threading with tint and lamination and I have now lost my entire right eyebrow I don’t even wanna leave my house. I purchased a package and got refunded my package but not the eyebrow lamination service from that day. She told me that I must have had an allergy to the product but after seeing someone else that does the service they advised if that was the case my left eyebrow would also have fallen out. Otherwise place is clean and she works quickly. I do recommend for simple threading and tinting.
