If I could post picture I would. Tonight I encountered a very nice woman and had excellent conversation with her while she attempted to wax me. My underarms went pretty well but my Brazilian didn’t. I have so much have remaining in all areas and my skin is on fire from the amount of times strips of wax was ripped from my skin. Never have I left from being waxed and need to heel my skin to be re waxed due to the amount of hair that remains. She said that it wasn’t going to be perfect but I didn’t imagine getting home to see that I have just as much hair remaining as I did when I walked in. My Brazilian is blotchy and my skins is inflamed. Horrible over all experience. This is not my first time at this place and haven’t had a bad experience until today. Not sure how or who can fix this. I even left a tip. Again nice woman but my Brazilian is horrible and painful currently.

I was nervous about going somewhere new because Im very picky about my brows. My husband and I were walk ins on a Saturday afternoon and we were greeted and seated right away. I have been doing my brows by myself the past three years and this was my first time getting them threaded and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. They were very quick, but they came out so nice. Will be coming here from now on!

I messaged them a week in advance and asked if I could make and appointment for the coming Saturday and they told me yes I went in for my lash appointment and then they told me they didn’t have anyone and then wanted me to leave a deposit to make another appointment after I had already traveled to the shop for my lashes to get done and they didn’t have anyone to do my appointment.
