I have been going to Kalispell Nails for about 3 years now, it’s my favorite nail salon in the Flathead Valley and I always recommend it! They are very accommodating of walk in service and I always love the outcome of my nails. I see some negative reviews on here that are easily avoidable. If there is ever something I don’t love, design or nail shape, I ask for them to file the shape more or make a design thicker or whatever my request is, and they are always willing to accommodate! They aren’t mind readers people, they won’t know you dislike something unless you tell them!! Overall this is my favorite nail place and I will continue to give them my business and recommend to others!

I have never written a bad review anywhere. However, I got my nails done yesterday and had to return today so that I could get my nails fixed. The employee seemed to be mad at me that I wanted my nails fixed and did not like them. Once she tried to fix my nails she cut my cuticles leaving me with three bleeding fingers. After paying $75 I left with uneven and thick nails, and the polish was on my skin. The employee tried to put glue over my open wounds to stop them from bleeding.

This is my favorite place to come for pedicures in the valley. I never plan ahead, so I typically call and ask if they can squeeze me in, and they always accommodate no matter how busy. They do a wonderful job, and the best part is that I never feel rushed. They take their time and I actually enjoy the pedicure and leave feeling relaxed!

Went in for a fill, with a picture of exactly what I wanted. The lady tried to convince me several times to get moon and stars added and I wasn’t interested at all. Made it clear I wanted what I came in with. She told me I had chubby fingers and needed to change the shape of my nail to make them look good. I let her do it and ABSOLUTELY hate it. I had coffins, and she changed it to and almondish stiletto shape. On their booking page it says fills are 30$ but you can get add ons. I was charged 55$ and then she proceeded to tell me I needed to tip in cash so she doesn’t get charged the 30% charge on the card for tips. She told me I needed to wax my eyebrows cuz “you can buy beauty”. I’ll NEVER go back.

Clean, professional and they answer their phone for appointments and also do walk-ins. $90 for a Gel Mani and pedi is standard pricing in the valley and everywhere else. I’m not sure why there are so many reviews that say Kalispell Nails is over priced.
