Normally I don’t get my brows done professionally. Wherever I go they either are too sparse, or they rip off my eyelid skin. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was so sweet and gentle, and made quick work of my overgrown brows. Wonderful experience and will definitely be going back.

I have always gotten my brows done here but it is completely across town and I live a block away from brow expressions, I went there once and underneath my right eyebrow was bleeding and I still have a scar! I will always always always go to kalis because I’ve NEVER had any problems and she is the sweetest lady. She also makes it hurt a lot less than anyone else! Love this place!

I came in for an eyebrow threading and Kali was able to get me in immediately. I sat down and laid back and she did her thing. I believe she used a numbing ointment of some sort because it wasn’t as painful as usual, which I appreciated. When she was finished, she filled my brows in with her eyebrow powder. They looked just okay when I looked in the mirror. I was in a hurry so I paid and went home. I also purchased some of her eyebrow powder and she included an adorable little eyebrow brush for application. Later that night, I washed my makeup off and inspected my eyebrows. They did not look good. My eyebrows are unruly and it’s difficult to get them to match in shape, so I don’t expect too much in that area. This lady didn’t even come close though. Not only that, it looked as though she used scissors and cut vertical lines in 2 spots on my left eyebrow, and 3 spots on my right eyebrow. I will not be going back for any threading any time soon. I am in love with her eyebrow powder though and will be going back to purchase that.

I’ve been going to Kali’s for awhile now and she typically does a good job and takes her time. The last time I went there she threaded my eyebrows and waxed my lip. She waxed one spot on my lip twice which resulted in a horrible scab on my lip. I went in the next day and asked her what I could do to make it heal. All I got was “ice and cream.” Thats it. I’m getting married in August. I am glad this didn’t happen the week of the wedding! I won’t be going back! It hurts and sometimes bleeds when I eat or smile. So frustrating.

She made my eyebrows way to thin and one was thinner then the other. She told me that one grew different then the other so she had to take more away. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded plenty of time with no issue! If you don’t want to spend months growing you brows back then don’t here!!!!

This brow bar was very neat and the owner was nice and she did a good job threading my brow. She also listened to me and threaded my brow just the way I liked it. Also has a special promo going on. I will definitely be back.

My favorite place in Lawrence to get my eyebrows done. She takes her time threading your eyebrows and in the end It is well worth it. Also she doesn’t take short cuts like threading most of it and then using tweezers.
