Amanda is awesome! Been seeing her for years and she always takes great care of me! I also go downstairs for all my skin issues. They are all very professional and I feel like I’m in great hands.

I have never seen this business with dirty carpets or dated decor. I was impressed with the office itself. Ive seen Dr Gin for years. No problem. I see Amanda (2nd floor) for Botox and photo laser. Very sweet and love her! Office there is very clean. She took me to the 3 rd floor to met Dr Wilson for a consult. This was not scheduled but they fit me in. She’s also great and this floor is also very clean. I won’t go any place else.

Dr. Wilson is amazing! She definitely exceeds in customer service. I appreciate that she is so professional and understanding. I went in with lip fillers done by another professional and was experiencing issues. She explained the action plan to correct the existing filler so that I can have a nice full lip. I cannot thank her enough. LOOOOVE!

My visit with Iris Gin was for the removal of skin tags. When I called for the appt, that is exactly what I stated. Fast forward to my appointment date. I arrived early, just like I was told to by the receptionist. All paperwork was completed prior to my appointment. Perfect. I’m taken to the room, and in detail, talk to the PA’s about my tags, and also end up talking about a little botox. “Yes, she can do botox too”. Awesome. They leave the room, and I wait. And wait. And wait. I waited for 30 minutes, AFTER the about 15 minutes I spent with the PA’s. Not at any time, did anyone come in to say “she’s running a bit behind, thank you for your patience”…nothing. Then finally, Gin walks in, with a very nonchalant “thank you for waiting”. Fine, I’ll let it slide. I proceed to tell her about my skin tags on my chest, and some spots on my face. NOT ONCE, LET ME REPEAT MYSLEF, NOT ONCE did she take a look at either. She recommended a skin product for the spots one my face and says “if we do the removal, you can’t be exposed to the sun for 30 days. I suggest we wait until the fall”. Again, without looking at the spots on my face, she recommended a skin lightener. I became more frustrated at this point, because I thought to myself, “if you knew the appt was for the removal of skin tags, why didn’t the receptionist tell me that at the time of scheduling the appt? She could have easily said that and said let’s schedule you at the end of summer. I could have saved myself a 1 hour drive, and this horrible wait time!”. After all of this time I have wasted, fine, we’ll wait until the fall, I said to myself. Botox, we actually moved forward with the botox. 6.5 units of botox at $15.25 or $15.75 a unit. Fine, I’ll pay it because I’m here and let’s get something accomplished after a 1 hour drive to the office, and an almost 45 min wait. I’m checking out now. I pay for botox and refuse the purchase of her office line of hydroquinone that’s in a tube (no box), along with a sticker label on the tube with her office information. Again, she never even looked at my skin… no, I will not purchase a product that I, nor she for that matter, will know if it will even work. I ended up purchasing a facial sunscreen, that I ended up returning a few days later, because it smelled so bad. Fast forward to today. I receive a bill in the mail from her office. She had the audacity to bill my insurance $260 for my visit. A visit where she never looked at my skin problem. This is after the $111 I paid for my botox. When I called a bit ago to discuss this, the receptionist stated that the bill was for her verbal recommendation… AGAIN, a recommendation to something she NEVER looked at. So my portion to this bill is $70. Let me be clear, I would gladly pay $70 and then some if I felt it was FAIR and HONORABLE visit. In hindsight, I should have listened to my gut, and walked out as soon as I walked in. For such a great location, this office looks run-down on the inside, carpets looks filthy, and the decor is so 1999. At this point, I feel so disappointed, I don’t even think I expect anything to be done about this bill on the offices end. I honestly feel as though I should just call my insurance to dispute it somehow. The disappointment in Iris Gin, that she actually thought it was fair to bill my insurance. She knows it was not a visit to do so. And, if she truly believes otherwise, well, that’s just horrible, because if she did it to me, how many other people is she doing that to?

I’ve had laser treatment with Dr Wilson, she and her her staff are very professional, knowledgable and caring. Dr Wilson actually tapered the treatment to my skin need and it worked great. There is also no sales pitch for any particular product and I like that a lot. If it’s not for COVID I’ll go back this year, otherwise I’ll go back next year for sure

Zero star for the doctor. As many have said if you need a body screen she is rushed and do not look carefully. If you need cosmetic products just talk to the aestheticians. This lady I saw is very throughout, look at you in the eye, feel your skin and give recommendation for best products. She knows everything that the doctors know. At the end of the day they are both technicians. The “ pimple popper” is just overly paid. So schedule a visit with the aesthetician. It is less expensive than paying for a doctor who run that business. Wise up people!

The doctor that I went to for my full body skin cancer check made me feel rushed and unimportant. I went in just to get my moles looked at, but she pointed out my “acne” which consists of one small blemish on my face and a couple on my back. She asked me what I was doing about it and proceeded to tell me to use one of the products that they sell. She didn’t try to get to know me or seem to care about me as a patient. I left feeling self conscious of my skin and feeling like I’d like to find a new dermatologist.
