Critical: Quality, ValueThe staff is very obviously not keeping up with their education and has very basic knowledge of hair. I can’t speak for everyone just the stylist I had. My hair was ruined after bleaching it and was way overpriced for the quality of the services I received as well as just the service in general. Basic haircut was okay but anything beyond basic did not turn out how I wanted at all. Same for color. If you want to go from a dark brown to blonde I would suggest going elsewhere because it shouldn’t take months and a thousand dollars or more to do so and especially if you have trendy colored hair. They will look at you like you’re an alien or something and not know what to do with you. It was okay. My hair looked good till I got home. My friend pointed out how my hair was not even on both sides and that there was a huge section uncut. Loved it when I left. 30 mins later when I got a chance to look at it, it was just okay.

I got my nails done a day after my birthday. The acrylic was not smoothed our after applied to my nails so it looked lumpy, which slightly bothered me but I just ignored it. Then four days later one of my acrylic nails split from the top down; I was away from town so I had to buy some nail glue to fix it. Then a couple days later the tip completely broke off one nail and then the next day the whole acrylic came off another. I had such a wonderful experience with my hair that I thought my nails would be just as good; I will never go back to get my nails done here again.

Critical: QualityI asked for a bayalage and walked out with a jagged uneven haircut and she did not even tone my hair, there were orange pieces everywhere and harsh lines all over my head not blended at all. Booked a massage for my significant other’s birthday present online, gave all my card info and got multiple notifications that Kalico Court charged my debit card. Find out that my card was never charged and my partner had to pay for their own birthday present at the time of the appointment, which came as a complete surprise to both of us. Also would not respond to emails I sent regarding the appointment. Would not recommend booking online. My significant other otherwise really enjoyed the massage though.

Had a poor experience with a nail tech about two years ago. I thought my appointment was at 2:30 but it was at 2. I was in town shopping anyway at the mall when they called and told me, so I could have been there within 5 minutes. They told me they couldn’t do the appointment because I was late. I started going to a new nail salon. Other than that experience, it’s been nothing but great and I still get my hair cut here.

My entire bridal party had their nails done at this location. Two of the little girls were late for their appointments and staff chose to charge for pedicures that they did not receive. We gave them hundreds of dollars in service and that was absolutely ridiculous. Additionally, my sister-in-law’s French tip pedicure was very poorly done with the white portion covering half of her nail. Tiffani completed my manicure and pedicure and it turned out wonderfully, but I would never, ever return to this place based on our customer service experience.
