Kaleidoscope Massage Therapy

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWe are local in Shelton and we’re referred to Kaleidoscope by our insurance. 7 calls later (since no one answers phone) and rarely do you get a call back. Finally my wife got her appointment after more than a month! She is in pain. Now today they called and canceled her appointment! Said they are having billing issues with Kaiser, for all patients. Maybe we can reschedule in week or two? Terrible, Terrible customer service and no follow through. We are running not walking away from them. We are local in Shelton and we’re referred to Kaleidoscope by our insurance. 7 calls later (since no one answers phone) and rarely do you get a call back. Finally my wife got her appointment after more than a month! She is in pain. Now today they called and canceled her appointment! Said they are having billing issues with Kaiser, for all patients. Theny work schedule changed so I had to wait another month, I was very frustrated but made the appointment since a friend of mine had recommended the owner here. My friend did mention that she had a couple of her appointments canceled at the last minute and to be aware that could happen. Today I finally have my appointment, I wake up to go to the rest room and sure as sh… there is a text staimg my massage appointment has to be canceled due to a “sick doggy” I was very frustrated. I’ve been hurting for two months waiting to she her and she is canceling for this?? When I text her this her response was “I’m sorry you feel that way. My family will always come before my job and unfortunately I am the only one that is here to manage it all. I can refer you to someone who potentially has less of a load than I do and can maybe be more flexible. What customer service. NOT. I would not recommend Kaleidoscope Massage.
