Do not let them do your nails! Acrylic anyways… mine were horrible and I had to go somewhere else to get them done before the week was out. No shaping or anything. But as far as the hair… Absolutely like that part.

I went for a basic Mani/Pedi and I’m someone who is very easy to please. I don’t like fake or fancy nails in general. I had an appointment with Ashley for the service. She seemed very lack luster and tired for the 10AM appointment. I gave her the benefit of doubt, I later found out that she was dealing with bad news and I truly felt bad for her, but on the same token I was there for a birthday manicure/pedicure to relax and pamper myself and I felt very uncomfortable most of the time, b/c I was cringing at the very amateur paint job she was performing. The nail polish was thick and she’d already completed my pedicure in the color, she eventually noted that it should be thinned after painting 7 out of 10 on the manicure. In the end, I felt bad for her and I didn’t complain to her or the manager, but I was able to get a full refund via groupon. I was grateful, b/c I’d bought a double package deal and honestly didn’t want to return to get a mani/pedi with a clear coat, which is all i’d trust from them. Maybe the massages and hair services are better than the nail service.

My visit today was amazing! Makala took her time with my hair, and she is the first stylist in Nashville to actually give me the results that I wanted! My hair is healthy and looks great! I will definately return to see her and the conversations made time fly by 🙂 She also has an all natural hair care line she carries that I totally forgot to purchase before leaving. No overhead on her business either, so it is personable and actually represents her values! I just love it, I haven’t found anyone in Nashville like her!

Totally destroyed my nails. The lady had no experience at all. Never go to this place unless you expect the worst service. I needed my nails for my wedding yesterday and they totally wrecked any hopes of nice nails.

Mykala just made my day! What a sweetie! She did a fantastic job adding dimension to my otherwise flat dark brown hair. Here’s what I loved: I was able to make an appointment right away. No waiting. She took her time to do what I was asking for and I didn’t end up spending hours in the chair. Best part of my experience was the personality of her and her gals. Lovely, funny, and personable ladies! Feel like I’ve known them longer than just one visit. Wonderful pricing on top of all that. I’m in!
