She remembers our conversations from previous appointments. Even though she has so many clients she truly takes time to get to know you. I can not say enough wonderful things about this place! I get my lashes done with Teresa every 2-3 weeks. She remembers our conversations from previous appointments. Even though she has so many clients she truly takes time to get to know you. I feel like I’m going to spend time with my best friend every appointment. Not to mention her work is amazing! Critical: CommunicationLil Tiffany’s Spa was highly recommended to my sister, so I called Wednesday December 2nd to schedule an appointment for us both, for a wax, with April. The young lady I spoke to wrote down my name and phone number, and said we were all set for Friday December 4th at 4:30pm with April.Fast forward to our appointment day today. We arrive at 4:30pm sharp, door makes a sound when you walk in, there was no body in the lobby, and no body came out to greet us. Me, and my sister decided to sit, and wait. We figured everyone was busy with an appointment and someone would eventually come out.Well from 4:30pm to 5pm no body came out.A nice lady walked in, I think she had an appointment at 5pm, and she sat with us in the lobby area. Not even a minute went by when a lady came out from one of the rooms (Teresa) and asked “which one of you has an appointment for a massage” the nice lady said she did, Teresa said “ok I will be with you in five minuetes” and went back in the room.At this point I figured no body was going to come out for us. It did throw me off that Teresa didn’t even acknowledge us, she didn’t bother to ask us if we had an appointment, or what were we there for, she didn’t come out when we walked in at 4:30pm, she came out when her next appointment arrived at 5pm.Another employee came out of a different room, really nice man, I think his name was Duane, who actually acknowledged us and asked us if we had an appointment, I said yes sir, we’ve been here since 4:30pm we had an appointment with April. He was very confused, he said April was off today, but that he would send her a text message.Teresa came out again, and went to the front desk near Duane, Duane told her about us and she said “April had an emergency and she had to leave she said she would call them to re-schedule”.Teresa could of told us that as soon as we got there and we would of left. I was a little upset because we waited from 4:30pm to 5:15pm it was a waste of time, and waste of babysitter.I really wish we would of had the opportunity to try out their services. Needless to say this was our first time here, and it was not a good experience, due to the lack of communication, a little common courtesy could of gone a long way. I will say this: the atmosphere did feel relaxing, it was clean, and it smelled really nice. As it was her golden birthday this year we did the full spa package. Manicures, Pedicures, facials and a 30 minute massage! Teresa treated my daughter just as she would have any other client. She listened to her and gave into all her glittery whims. Dustin Lee is very respectful and considerate of your needs. I have an injured back and he is as gentle as you need him to be or can get in deeper and get rid of the knots. April did a fantastic job on my nails and toes…Ladies they dont charge extra for that french manicure you know you love! I highly recommend lil Tiffanys you will not be disapointed.
