I have been coming here for the past 5 years I will no longer go back! I paid 112$ to get rushed the guy in chair number 4 has a horrible attitude and my nails always looks horrible they are crooked not the same

I am extremely disappointed with the service today and the result of my nails. I asked for black dip on most of my nails and a simple snow flake on the white ones for the holidays. The black is plum, and I’m unsure about the design. I’m so embarrassed. I think the picture says enough….

My first time ever here and it was terrible. the guy was rushing and was kinda rude.. i showed him a picture of how long i wanted them and he cut them way to short, they’re uneven/crooked, he didn’t even get paint on some spots of my nails, and he left them a mess with nail polish around my nails on my skin. he also overcharged me and kept filing my skin to where to started to bleed a little. would not recommend going here.

My nails were the wrong shape and color, and I was spoken to pretty rudely.Additionally, the acrylics were too thick and I had acrylic powder all over my hands and in my cuticles. I feel terrible about leaving a negative review, but I get my nails done a lot and honestly this was the worst I have had in a long time. It was my first time going here and I can honestly say I will not be going back. My nails were all uneven, then when he tried to fix what he had done he broke one of them and just put dip powder over it. I tried to tell him it had broke, but he just smiled and kept going. That may be normal, but I have never had that happen before. Then after he finished my nails I looked at them and he didn’t smooth out the ends so they get caught in my hair and pull it. The polish is already chipping, and they are cracks all in them and this is only after having my nails done for 4 days they are terrible. The worst $60 I’ve ever spent not including tip. And 5 days after getting them done I didn’t trust them to fix them so I went somewhere else and got them re done. In my opinion I would go somewhere else. Maybe they’re people there that do a great job, but me and 2 of my friends went and all of us had issues with our nails and we all had different people doing them.

Not a fan of this place… I may have liked it better had someone other than the guy assigned to me done my acrylic fill. (I didn’t ask his name, but he is in the 3rd station from the front.) Unfortunately, he did a very fast and poor quality job, leaving the edges jagged. I don’t think he put a top coat of clear on top of my French manicure because my nails have a rough and dull finish, and the white on the tips is really sloppy. He charged me $10 more than I normally pay at nail salons in a strip mall. If I had asked the price before waiting 25 minutes to get my nails done I would have gone somewhere else. (My mistake!) They also add an additional $2 to your cost if you are paying by credit card. Unfortunately, I won’t go back there.

This place use to be one of my favorite places to receive service but each time I’ve went here lately has just gotten worse. The new members they have brought in have gotten extremely rude, they rush through their work, their work is SLOPPY and they are very rough. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have shown in more than one way it’s time to find another shop!

I have been to so many nail salons in they take hours, I had a full set and needed my nails to be soaked off, pedicure, he was so sweet and kind, but then I went back a few months ago it was such terrible service and I will not be back, it took 20 mins to soak my nails and the guy was napping after he put my fingers to soak until I asked what’s going on…. I will not be back it’s not the same service as it used to be when I moved here maybe 2 years ago….
