The service was terrible. Plus they charged me the same price for my kids (10 & 8 year old) pedicures as they did mine. Then on top of the awful service they added on a larger tip amount to my credit card then what I had wrote on the receipt. Now I wish I wouldn’t have even tipped at all for their awful service. I will never go back!

I have been going to Kala Nails since they opened 14 years ago. I am very picky when it comes to nails & Pedi’s. Wendy & her staff do an amazing job!! I loved the people, but prices r too high for the work done. Have to pay more for calluses & cat eye fingernails. Also nails were not up to cuticles that are still there. Today it chipped after less than 11 days. My daughter’s also, they peel off. Wont go back. However really loved massage chairs, best ever! Pedicure, Nail art, Manicure
