Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never had my eyebrows threaded before but I am concerned about how the skin is pulled with waxing…I’m not getting any younger so I don’t need it stretched out more, Lol. Therefore, I decided to try this place after looking at their star reviews.It was nice and clean, even the bathroom. I went on a Monday morning and it was not busy at all.I did not get the technician’s name but she did a good job. My eyebrows look natural. I was concerned about the shape but it looks good. I was also concerned about how painful it would be but it was not bad at all. It took about 10+ minutes. She was very careful to get all the hairs and trimmed with scissors as needed. She had me place my fingers above my brow and with the other hand on my eyelid so as to keep the skin taught. I did not have to do that the entire time but for about half. She offered a cooling cream when she was done but I declined as they were not hurting or stinging.The only improvement could be the chairs. I am somewhat tall for a woman and had to slide down for my head to go on the headrest. Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi went to get my eyebrows down today, and i said can i have a cleanup. and the girl made one way to thin, and the other way not the same shape whatt so ever. my sisters and friends have had the same experience. will not be going here anymore.
