I went in for a full set and pedicure with a specific design in mind. I showed them the picture and was assured they could do it. My pedicure was great, the lady who did it was friendly and just had a great attitude. My nails however, did not turn out as expected. I spent $55 for the set with a design. The design was supposed to be on all nails but after seeing them struggle with one finger I opted to just do the ring fingers. While getting them done we had to fix other nails that weren’t shaped correctly or weren’t the same length. I got home and noticed anything i touched was sticking to the top. Cotton from blankets/towels embedded in the matte black. The next morning, the color on 2 nails started to completely peel. I went to another place to get them fixed (Connie B Nails) because I wasn’t confident Kaizen could fix them. She had to reshape, trim and do the design because the nails were still wet! I went to Kaizen for a refund and was told they only do a 25% refund since I didn’t let them fix them. That’s a terrible business practice in my opinion. $55 for nails to get $25 back and have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. I would NOT recommend them for nails.

Got a deluxe pedicure, it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. The nail tech helped fix an uncomfortable ingrown nail and took her time on me. They offer a complementary drink with your service as well.

I will never go anywhere but Kaizen Nail Bar – Seminole for a manicure. I got acrylic nails for the first time and they lasted so long! My nails are always nice and they can do almost every design i have asked for and will try to accommodate if they don’t have the exact colors and will bring similar ones and will swatch on a paper to see which one you’ll like They is so kind and definitely cares about you! I absolutely loved my experience here
