Prior to Kaiser, I had gotten initial consultations at a few Med Spas and I found out that the Dr’s onboard where retained on an “as needed basis” and none of the evaluations or services where performed by them. If you want to explore cosmetic services I would highly suggest going to Kaiser. You have the backing of a reputable hospital and access to medical professionals. All of skincare needs where performed by a Dr. Chiang and he was amazing. I went in with a pocketful of research and told him that I wanted Fraxel and he said that he would do it if I wanted it but he suggested a more effective, less expensive, alternative for my skin needs. I really appreciated that authenticity and that building of trust keeps me returning as a client. I found that I was always on guard at the med spas as they are always trying to up-sell me. Meanwhile, I’m just trying to treat my melasma.

Got spot removals and they did an amazing job and were very attentive. When I got my stitches removed (I think her name is Michelle) or something like that and she was like the sweetest person ever. Basically the whole staff is very caring and provide great quality work because once my spots were removed my skin after a month looks great !
