First time using Kairos services. My husband gets a massage every 6 weeks. Annie was so great. She asked about my issues, and used her knowledge to recommend what would benefit me most. She was firm in her technique and always kept in touch with how I was feeling. I will also now be an every 6 week client. The waiting room has these fantastic rope walls that I’ve never seen before and coffee, tea and water while you relax waiting for your appointment to begin. And then the appointment…wow! I’ve had a myriad of different experiences at other places over the years and this is by far the best. At Kairos the therapists take great care and consideration to my health history and needs. Love this local business. It is a fantastic gem tucked away in a beautiful old building. If you like little, personal touches at a business – you’ll find them here. The waiting room has these fantastic rope walls that I’ve never seen before and coffee, tea and water while you relax waiting for your appointment to begin. And then the appointment…wow! Not only do you get great value for the money but the contractors are so kind and helpful. They take the time to get to know patients and really adjust the treatment to our needs. You really get the sense that this is an upscale health care provider because they follow the rules and regulations put in place regarding healthcare establishments. While you may not agree with face masks or other Covid-19 protocols, I know that my at-risk family members are comfortable and well taken care of. I’m so thankful for a collective of professional massage therapists in a local setting. Not only do you get great value for the money but the contractors are so kind and helpful. They take the time to get to know patients and really adjust the treatment to our needs. You really get the sense that this is an upscale health care provider because they follow the rules and regulations put in place regarding healthcare establishments. It’s not my first time but it’s the first time someone takes the time to communicate what she’s doing step by step. She was thorough and gentle, not only making sure the job got done right but also making sure I had a relaxing experience in the process. I highly recommend her if it’s your first time getting a Brazilian. Prize was really good too and I love that it’s right in Elizabethtown. Lisa also had a very body positive attitude. As a plus size consumer I have felt some service providers tend to treat bigger clients different. This time I felt I was treated with respect and made feel beautiful, which is one of the reasons we get beauty treatments.
