Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTerrible birthday massage for my husband this morning. #1 asked for the hot rocks and they were not turned on or ready for his massage… #2 the room the was freezing (Erin later said he didn’t say anything so she never turned on heating pads????)#3 massage itself was poor at best. We get massages often and this place actually charges for a difference in pressure (Swedish vs deep tissue) never got a deep enough pressure for him to enjoy it.Anyways last complaint receptionist told me upon booking that it was $60 for a 60 min massage but today he was told massage was $70. I will spend the rest of the day making it up to him. Birthday massage was a bust in Florence. This place is gorgeous!!! I went there for tanning, but was intrigued with all the other services they had. The tanning bed was great, nice strong bulbs. I signed up for a monthly unlimited tanning package that can be used in other Tan Republic locations. Very nice staff and great aesthetic!!

I haven’t had the pleasure of treating myself since 2011 and that the was a gift from a friend, I’ve never been able to afford a massage. Finally I get to a place in my life where I’m willing to take the chance on the price of a massage, I rearranged my whole work schedule to make this appt work cause it’s all they had available, they even texted me the day before to make sure I still was gonna show and I confirmed. Then they call a few hours before my appointment to cancel with no explanation. What a huge disappointment. Here’s to another 10 years I guess…..

This spa is so welcoming, relaxing and beautiful, I’ve got to watch it from the build to now. There are so many options to use with top of the line tanning beds to get that color you want in a safer way. I love the fact that spa services will be available in one place with massage, nails, and facials.
