Kaila is an amazing stylist! She is always on time and ready for me when I arrive. She listens to my concerns about my hair and makes great recommendations. I love the way she cuts, colors and styles my hair! The other best thing is that clients are not double booked, so you don’t feel rushed. Kaila is also the SWEETEST, and I always look forward to my appointment.

She always understands my vision for my hair and explains how she is going to get me there. She gets you to the final outcome quickly but safely to make sure to not damage the hair. She makes you feel incredibly comfortable in the salon as she has little decorations (even has customized her letter board for me before), has a menu of different drinks including iced coffee, and is just the sweetest person ever. She is the blonding queen and I have even continued to see her traveling from Milwaukee because I have so much trust in her with my hair. I absolutely couldn’t recommend Kaila enough. 🙂 She is the absolute best in every single little detail. She always understands my vision for my hair and explains how she is going to get me there. She gets you to the final outcome quickly but safely to make sure to not damage the hair. You walk in, and the salon is very clean and well kept as well as normally smells amazing. Having had a few previous bad experiences due to communication with other stylists, I was a bit nervous going in that I would yet again “mess up” saying what I wanted. Almost immediately she helped me relax. She even mentioned that as a professional she doesn’t expect clients to know the jargon of the salon and took the time to make sure that she was hearing me correctly while giving informed, educated advice. I really appreciated that. Not only is she an obvious teacher, she is really good at what she does. My hair always looks amazing after seeing her. I feel like I have good hair days even when I do it myself which to me is a testament that she’s good at what she does and helping form a plan for healthy blonde hair. To top it off, the experience is just fun. She has an array of coffees that she offers complete with cute straws. You can tell she’s very thoughtful about her business. Kaila is hands down the best of the best. I have never been disappointed after I left the salon. It’s a 10/10 experience- from the conversation, to the color, to the cut. She truly is so knowledgeable and does an incredible job educating you so that you get the most out of your color until your next visit. I get so many compliments on my hair, even if it’s been 8 weeks since I was last in for an appointment.
