This shop is clean and nice however the quality of the materials is very poor. first and last time here. Paid 55$ including tip for nail to break after 5 days. I didn’t Cause it, basically woke up to a broken nail. The location had too much traffic for me to go back for a fix. Buy better Products.

I absolutely LOVE the entire staff at Kai’s Nails! They are professional from start to finish and always provide an amazing customer experience! The atmosphere is extremely clean, warm and inviting, and their equipment is top of the line. The strive to provide each client with quality work, which is showcased in the fact that I never have to request any changes once they’re finished. They will readily accommodate your schedule, and have even stayed past closing to do my nails based on my job hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop – you will not be disappointed! This is my 4th times at this salon. I just moved to San Diego for work. I have been looking around for good nails salon. Because I usually get my nails done every two weeks. I am obsessed with their work. LOVE LOVE! My nails always look good. I have a lot compliment on them which I really like. My pedicure is always relaxing. Love it!
