Critical: Quality, ValueMy daughter and I went here and our nails look like a 10year old did them. And the owner lady, I’m assuming owner, has some type of attitude problem….Reply: it won’t let me reply to your reply. But yes, that would be great if can get fixed. Can the kids use the light like the adults can? That would be awesome if my daughter can use a light next time to help dry the polish so she’s not sitting for 30mins, to still be wet when we left. They smudged after leaving, after y’all did recoat her thumb. And yes, I also understand having to get unruly children to settle down, but for the 2.5hours we were there, my child wasn’t all over the place. And the woman, I guess owner, was saying something and I couldn’t understand her, so I said I didn’t know what she said and she wouldn’t even repeat herself, she ignored me. So I asked another employee what she said and she said she didn’t even know. Just small stuff like that. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mother-in-law, sister-in-law (which is only 3) and I went to get a full set(for myself and my M-I-L and a regular polish(for the 3 year old) and they did the 3 year olds first and it went fine but when we sat down to get our nails done not only our nail techs but all of the other nail tech’s (that could speak chinese) started talking in their language but also could not stop looking and me and my M-I-L and laughing, and when we realized they were probably talking about us my M-I-L says to me “my momma always told me to learn a second language” to start a conversation with me and the lady that was doing mine got real nervous and says “i only know english and chinese” and laughed nervously as if she knew we knew they were talking about us and from that point on they messed up our nails and trying to give us fake prices for nails.
