Felt compelled to respond to Vanessa Reyes-Smith’s below review, I feel awful… What she overheard to not correct. I have been going to Kahana Nails for 5 years (every two weeks for a pedi). Kim and her husband are amazing and they run a VERY clean an organized salon. I stubbed my toe nail on a rock at the beach about a week ago we were talking about how it was bleeding (at the time of the injury) and that my husband wanted to poke a pin to relieve the pressure under the nail. I guess when you overhear things you often miss the whole story. Kim did nothing wrong. She did a beautiful pedi as she always does. Their practices, in my experience, have always been a plastic liner in the foot bath, gloves, fresh sanitized equipment etc. Vanessa, I hope you give them another try, their salon really is the best! -Lisa

Just finished a mani/pedi and am so pleased. First of all, I have no idea why this place isn’t reviewed on google, but I think it’s reviewed heavily on Yelp. If you were looking to get your nails done or hair removal by professionals at a reasonable/affordable price, look no further! They are being super careful and Covid compliant. Everyone is wearing a mask and keeping the customers spaced. I was lucky to get a same day appointment, but call ahead to be sure they’ll fit you in. Make sure you bring cash to tip!

Delightful place with sweet and technical people. Bought my family of four here and they were able to take us the next day and helped create a memory. At the last minute I needed to remove my acrylic nails, the place accepted me immediately for a 15 minute wait. The gentleman who took care of me did and AMAZING job. The service was great and quick. They are REALLY clean too, they use clean tools.

over priced for the quality of work, staff was very dismissive, my $60 gel pedicure was coming off after a day and my acrylic nails barely lasted a week. they also overcharged me. i’m usually a really easy person to please but i’d be lying if i said i wasn’t disappointed
