My experience with Kaelen was good. She was very sweet person and easy to talk to. Why am I giving 2 stars with this review? Because the henna brown (brow tint plus henna) didn’t last more than 2 days when it supposed to last 3 weeks. It was such a waste of my $42 dollars plus almost 1 hour drive to her location. Another thing I didn’t like is she suppose to be very professional but she didn’t draw my eyebrows shape first before she put the color and as a result they were not symmetrical. I had to help her shape them. I didn’t understand that at all. Every time I search for anything brow online, 99% of the time the pictures the Esthetician puts on their website is them drawing the shape of the client eyebrows with a white pencil or something to see if that’s how the client wants their eyebrows would look when finished. Overall, I was not happy especiallyi had to help her do her job. I contacted her and she offered to redo it for free but it’s not worth driving 1 hour when I already know the end result. I have a combination skin, not extremely oily. So I don’t understand why it didn’t last more than 2 days.
