I was referred to this place by my primary care provider. When making an appointment, they told me it was going to be a 6 month wait. Ok. I figured I could wait that long. Six months later, just a few days before my scheduled appointment, they called and left me a voicemail saying that they’re not accepting new patients and that they canceled my appointment! Why wait 6 months to tell me that, I don’t know.

They did horrible job treating my acne. The doctor didn’t want to spend more than a minute to observe my face and how the medication that they prescribed worked. They were giving me the same medicine three times and it was not helping at all.

Waited 5 months for my son to see one of their providers. The actual appointment lasted probably 15 min at most for her to only look at his skin and tell me it was fungal. It was not fungal as we had tried several anti fungal medications that didn’t work. I then asked for the area to be swabbed and she again wanted to prescribe the same anti fungal medication previously prescribed. I told her we had tried that and didn’t work. I told her there was one antibiotic ointment that seemed to help. She then said we could continue with it while waiting for results since that medication also has “anti fungal” properties. It came back positive for staph. I was given the treatment and it did not work. We did a follow up and all she could say was unknown dermatitis and had no other plan for us. Just said if it worsened to call them back. The “rash” was still there and painful for my son! I couldn’t believe that was her response after waiting 5 months to see her. We had been dealing with skin issues for almost 2 years before seeing dermatology and was desperate for an answer. She didn’t seem to care at all. I then went back to my pediatrician and asked for another referral. They now think he has psoriasis. Kadlec dermatology was absolutely no help at all. Don’t waste your time on them.

The customer service is terrible! No one ever answers the phone. When we came in for out new patient appointment, they never collected the correct information so I didn’t have access to K-Chart. When you finally get a call back from someone they seem like they have no clue what they are talking about. They sound like they’ve never worked in a medical office or even a professional setting. The only reason I continue to go there is because we really like Nichole Mullkey.

Run. Don’t bother coming here. I received a call from this place a month and a half after they received my referral from my primary doctors office. I respectfully asked the receptionist what date they received my referral and she became defensive instead. I calmly reminded her that she was not being questioned about her job performance after she went off being defensive and that I just want t to know what date they received my referral from my doctor. Please do read the rest of reviews that are posted on google by other patients that have expressed their recent medical concerns and bad experiences at this facility. The fact that they called after a month and a half is not only unacceptable, but unprofessional that they do not address the medical concerns of their patients reflects very poorly on the mission and core values of Kadlec Medical Facility.

I was referred to this office by my nurse practitioner at Kadlec Clinic on Jadwin. When no one called to schedule my appointment, I called to get it scheduled. The receptionist was rude and argumentative, refused to set an appointment, and stated that they do not see patients for my diagnosis. It would have been nice to know that at my doctor’s visit so I could have gotten a referral elsewhere. Apparently they have too many patients and are not interested in taking referrals if they don’t feel like treating your condition. So they will have one less patient, and I have to start the process all over again to get a referral elsewhere.
