Great customer service from my phone conversation with Teddy who was kind enough to redirect me after I was lost with my previous direction. My stylist was very interactive and an intelligent young lady, very well vested in the happenings of the world. Did great with my locks. My roots were neatly re twisted with less pain. Kadi herself was a sweetheart. A very bold and charismatic leader who has her team’s interest at heart. She showed as much confidence in her team as she extended her infectious love to all her clients.

I came in the salon to get a undercut by Mrs.Dee she did good job she also took a look at my hair cause I didn’t know if I needed to get my ends cut but i knew i was past due for a trim. She advise me to get my ends cut it didn’t even take that long she only dusted my split ends they wasn’t bad at all and I still left the salon with a head full of hair I will be returning to her again she did an awesome job and pretty affordable.

Worst experience. I Made appointment 2 days in a row for braids we showed up and the lady was taking lunch on my appointment for 40 minutes i asked if we can reschedule for early morning which i asked to prepay she said No. The second you walk in their attitude and the way they treat you clearly tells you that you don’t belong there but I still gave them another chance showed up to my appointment early morning just so she can say sorry she took another client u should wait again so I left. At their shop i had the same feelings like when i was in Fargo North Dakota. You treat people exactly the way you want to be treated which tells me they don’t respect themselves that is why they have nothing to offer.

I used this shop today and I’m taking back by the unprofessionalism and lack of care for clients. I followed up with my son’s stylist blessing who’s been doing my son hair for a year now. She told me she was free to take my six year old at 12:30 for a take down, wash & single braids in his natural hair. My son gets there and I’m shocked when I look down at my phone and see the time and no notifications for his service being completed, I call blessing. Blessing tells me that the shop has been really busy and she just needs a extra hour, I ask her to explain what she’s been doing for four hours, she blames it on back to school. I told her no ma’am you said you were free to take him and finished your clients so if back to school was so busy why tell me that. A hour later I follow up to my surprise she’s still not done, so I ask her what’s the issue here and that I’m upset and feel as though this is BEYOND unprofessional. She then says all of a sudden my six year old wasn’t sitting still for her and that that’s why it’s taking long, so let me get this straight for a year she and the whole shop praised how well behave and easy he was to do his hair. How he always behaves and sits still but TODAY he doesn’t sit still and she told him I’m going to report you to mommy. My child’s hair is just now complete at 7:40pm, so almost six hours for a child’s natural braids. He nor I will ever return to this shop, beware of the nonsense & they will blame your children for their mistakes. Also to mention after telling her I expect compensation for the inconvenience she threw a million excuses at me and didn’t take $1 off, but it will cost them bc you list two loyal clients.

I am extremely pleased with my Dutch braids with extensions they came out exactly as the picture I showed them and the cost was very reasonable especially for the quality of work and it didn’t take forever. Overall the salon is clean, friendly and very welcoming I give them a 10 out of 10 A+ service

Ms. Katie performed stitch cornrows on my hair. She was very professional, made sure I approved of each braid prior to going to the next and made feel very comfortable. She was able to complete my style in 1 hour and 15 minutes, which is very fast considering it normal takes about 2 hours to complete this style. I would definitely recommend her braiding salon and will be coming back.
