Was supposed get two strand twist but the the young lady that schedule to do my hair didn’t even show up for the appointment even tho she rescheduled her self twice which wasn’t professional at all. There was a older lady there who try to so my head but I didn’t like it because it wasn’t what I already paid half up front for. I can say she was very sweet and I allowed it to slide because it had nothing to do with her! She was as confused as I was. This was my first time going get my hair done professionally and I can say I will never go back I rather stick to get my hair done by friends and family!

Took my daughter here for a specific hair style. I provided a picture of the hairstyle she wanted before making the appointment and was told it could be done. My daughter called me and said the stylist is braiding my hair and says she couldn’t do the style I wanted but will give her regular single braids instead. There was no price adjustment or any type of accommodation. When I picked her up from the salon my daughter said “its still cute but not what she wanted and doesn’t want to go back as a repeat customer”. She worked hard to earn her own money to get her hair done so I understand.

Sunday the 22nd of October I came to get my hair braided in micros.Kadija called me at 9 am my appointment was at 10 to reschedule to 2pm.I agreed.Then she calls me back at 12noon saying I can go ahead and come in.She called me over 5 times from Summerville to her location rushing me.The girl who was doing my hair already seemed as if she didn’t wanna do it but I paid no mind to it.Today October 24th after I got off work I came here to kadijas to see if they could fix the braids that were falling out apparently the girl who done my hair done a half a** job she didn’t seal my braids.I came In the young lady’s In there told me to call kadija I did she asked me if I can come In tomorrow I stated I couldn’t I have to work.She instantly became angry yelling at me so someone like me I don’t tolerate disrespect of any kind.I yelled back she HUNG up on me.This lady is highly unprofessional.If you Care at all about your business you would try and provide proper customer service especially when it’s your workers fault. Khadijah is who braided my hair, she is very nice friendly , she put on a television show see no evil & talk with me not to mention her daughter Naomi is so adorable. I received medium single braids (long) my braids are flawless! I have no complaints at all, the service was great and the customer I received was absolutely wonderful. Khadijah is who braided my hair, she is very nice friendly , she put on a television show see no evil & talk with me not to mention her daughter Naomi is so adorable.
