I got my hair done from this shop and my price changed 3 times before getting it done I got my hair done in box braids and it lasted only a week before it started falling out some were so lose it came out within the first few days I told her about it as much as I paid for these braids I should not be asking for replacement braids or to do my whole head over very unhappy and at the end of the day all I’m getting is a sorry basically still no reply it’s 3 weeks later I literally don’t have to take the hair and cut it to take it out I can just pull the braids and they are still falling out 300 is a lot to pay to not have any braids left and to not get my money back or get a reply

Excellent customer service and stunning satisfaction

Critical: ProfessionalismI contacted this salon on Thursday and inquired about having my hair braided into a ponytail. The individual I spoke with said she would let me know if she has an opening. I received a text confirming that there was a Saturday opening for 8a.m. I then called the salon and spoke with a young lady that stated they would be able to see me on Saturday. I informed her that I wanted my hair braided into a ponytail once again. She stated “that is fine!” I was sent the address as soon as we disconnected. I arrived to the shop on Saturday morning and was told the stylist would be in shortly I could sit in the chair. The stylist arrived asked me to show her a picture of the look I wanted. I pulled out my phone and showed her a picture of the cornrow ponytail I wanted. The stylist looked at me and said “I do not do cornrows” she said “these other two can but I can’t” (the other two stylists were already with clients). They said something to each other then the other stylist asks me “You don’t want anything else?!” I kindly told her “I want the style that I scheduled to receive” They asked if I wanted to come back 4 hours later (This was not an option since I had a prior engagement). I am truly disappointed in this establishment. I will not be returning due to what appears to have been a lack of communication between the individual I spoke with and the stylists. I contacted this salon on Thursday and inquired about having my hair braided into a ponytail. The individual I spoke with said she would let me know if she has an opening. She was very professional from the time I called her inquiring about the hairstyle to the time I left out her shop. She is a little pricey ($250), but it did include hair and it was braided all the way to my butt which probably was a factor in the price. Kadija recently did knotless braids on me and I absolutely love them. She was very professional from the time I called her inquiring about the hairstyle to the time I left out her shop. She is a little pricey ($250), but it did include hair and it was braided all the way to my butt which probably was a factor in the price. I definitely would recommend going to her.
