My Knotless braids were done beautifully! They incorporated the gray strands exactly how I wanted. I receive so many compliments on them. Kadi was on time for my appointment and she and Ms. Elizabeth finished in less time than expected. Their super sweet. I will be returning! Braids

The shop is nasty. They eat all over the place, trash and sticky stuff stuck on the floors and the furniture looks like it came out the trash bend. They lie about what service they can provide. Sorry owner of the business. The place smells funky.

There was an advertised special price upon completion i was told my hair was normal price im thinking because of the size but then pictures of my hair go up the same night advertising this special what kind of customer service is this. Not to mention you stop work to go and handle personal business after being asked if you could take an appointment second time this has happened will not be returning

These people will take your hair out around the edges. They do a great job but can be really harsh with your hair and they love money. Sometimes they will not stick to the style you give them. Kadis mom is not nice about your hair. She will rip it out. The braids look beautiful when done but after about a week they will begin to fall out around the edges leaving your side burns ball. When you take the hair out you will not have any side burns at all but they will get their money and they aren’t cheap. If someone pays those high prices you owe them the best professional services you can give. They have no water out front so whose to say that those Combs are even clean. I like Kadi and will go again but please do not touch my side burns. You can never take such a small amount of hair and put it in a long braiding and then y’all pull down on the braid. We pay you well for your services. You are not cheap so provide quality services. There are females braiding from their homes charging under 100 and when you get out of their seat you look like you paid $200.00. You all are not the only ones that can braid so don’t just be about the money. Provide the customer quality service. I am giving you Godly advice because it’s the Christian thing to do. You want your money so in return provide the best service. No one wants to pay for you to damage their hair. Sometimes people get braids to strengthen their hair, not take it out.

I love getting my hair braided at Kadia’s the atmosphere is quiet and clean. I was able to book an appointment early in the morning so I could enjoy the rest of my day. The ladies were very nice and friendly to me, they talk to me in English also. I never talked to any other braiders in the past of the other African shops I have visited, they are always taking their native tongue and not talking to me. I found my braid shop and I will be going back to Kadia’s. Plus my hair was too cute yall.

I came in to get braid take out and kinky twist put in on July 1st. They had their kids running around and even had the little girl taking out my box braids. While I was getting the kinky twist put in I noticed roaches crawling on the floor and even some in the cabinet when the child opened it. When I got finished my hair was so tight I got sick. About three weeks later I started to form a bump at the bottom back of my head. Couple of days later it began to get bigger and swell around the area and the side of my neck, it turns out that I had foillculitis. My hair follicle got infected because of my hair being to tight. I don’t recommend anyone going their but if you do just be careful.
