The girl who did my nails was really sweet, but she was running late by about 15 minutes which I didn’t mind at first, until I noticed the the quality of my manicure when I got home. The Luminary is not evenly distributed on my nails (thicker on one side of the nail), on one of my pinkies the Luminary is cured to my skin & the polish was see through on some nails. I completely understand if someone has an off day, I’m just not sure that the manicure was worth the $45 + tip.

Acrylic was applied on very very VERY thick, I couldn’t even scratch myself, a lot of the tips were crooked, my cuticles were shredded, the nail lengths were all over the place, one thumb was way longer than the other, the heater wasn’t working in the facility & they didn’t bother to mention that until I already drove 25 minutes there, nail art & colors were limited and she kept asking me like 10 times if I liked it as if I were going to say “no” and stick around in the freezing dungeon for her to fix it, which I doubt she was capable of doing. Luckily I got them fixed at Sugar’s Nail Shack. This was bizarre. Not to mention the fact that I came here to get my nails done for a possible engagement. Seriously ridiculous what you charge for this kind of work.

Such a cute place, felt super comfortable, could converse very well with all of them, unlike a lot of other places I didn’t feel stressed about what I wanted or how it’d turn out or about communicating clearly with the employees but this was a very sweet place, and I love that there are punch cards for going! And I definitely bought a few cute cheap rings in the front! Definitely will be coming back!!!

I have been going to Kabiri for almost a year and have absolutely loved my nails each time. The ladies there are always nice to me and do a very good job! Today however when I arrived for my appointment at 12:30 the door to the building was locked! I tried knocking as hard as I could but I don’t think anyone could hear me. I then tried calling and messaging them but I never got a response back. I probably looked like a crazy person trying to get in but after 15 minutes of standing outside in the cold I went back to my car and soon after got a message that my appointment time had passed so I had to reschedule. Fun Fact: The Fish Kiss building doesn’t open till 2 pm on weekdays.

Reply to owners: Apparently Google doesn’t allow responses to responses? This is my first review, so I’m not sure how this works. I also have no idea how you could look up a customer when I haven’t given my last name. I can call tomorrow, but I’m not sure how that will do either of us any benefit. I stated how my pedicure was operated. No separate packaging, foot file out in the same blue solution in a jar to the left of my chair as other tools.

I’m not one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones but honestly this was literally the worst ‘deluxe’ pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. My cuticles didn’t get cut, the application of the the gel is uneven, no massage was given on my legs or lotion applied, the dead skin on the bottom of my feet wasn’t scrubbed off and at the end she didn’t even say thank you or bye, just got on her phone and sat down which I found to be unreal; so rude when you’re in the service industry and people are coming to you to spend hard earned money and relax! I came with my friend who’s nail tech did a great job though– so guess it just depends on who you’re lucky enough to get.

I’m only in town for a few days to drop my daughter off at school for the year, so timing is everything! I walk in to Kabiri to see if they had a n opening and they did not but i was told to make an appointment for the next day online and that the Groupon was a good deal. So for the next 30 minutes I struggled to make the appointments online and to purchase the Groupon BUT I did it!!! Well the next day we show up at are appointment only to find out that I’m made the appointment for the following weekend! I was so mad, I’m sure it was all my fault but this world is getting tougher and tougher for us computer/technology challenge people! The first girl said that suck and went and got a manager or maybe just someone with more time to tell me that I have just wasted my time and money and good luck goodbye! But it was the same young lady from the day before and she obviously recognized us and could see my frustration! Long story not so short Makayla saved the day! Probably spelled her name wrong but its the thought that counts. Makayla thanks O fyi her favorite drink is a iced chai tea!!!

Super nice staff, clean location and i enjoyed the add-on options, went above and beyond to make sure i was happy …..my only con is that i would have liked more soak time for my feet which i would have gotten if id probably asked but will go again… i would give them a shot if i were you !
