Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been here a few times, but this last time was terrible! The product put in my hair for washing and styling this time made my hair not feel the same. Stylist who did my hair was nice and professional. But I questioned products used so stylist called owner via phone (who was not there). Talking to her made it worse. Owner was rude, unapologetic, and did not care to listen! She only cared about getting money for over priced service. Owner acts like she has the best products, but this is not a good salon for black women hair or a salon who doesn’t understand it. I’ve been here a few times, but this last time was terrible! The product put in my hair for washing and styling this time made my hair not feel the same. Stylist who did my hair was nice and professional. But I questioned products used so stylist called owner via phone (who was not there). Talking to her made it worse. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityKabelly and Marcia were wonderful!! My hair was really dry and they put a treatment in my hair and now it looks really smooth and healthy. They made me look like a Goddess. They were really professional and the place was really clean. You pay for quality service here! You should definitely try this place out!Service: Hairstyling

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNATURAL Hair BEWARE. I have soooo much heat damage it’s crazy. Called them about it and their reply was we don’t do heat damage. I’m natural I don’t put heat on my hair at all not even to get my hair cut (curly cut) the lady tells me that’s not possible . I haven’t even gotten my hair done by anyone since their appointment and haven’t put any heat on it myself. So it had to be this salon. The older lady with the blonde hair did it.The services were over priced and I tipped, all to have my hair damage and need to cut a lot of it off. Also their policy is they can’t fix anything after 4 days from when you received the service. This would make it impossible for me because to find heat damage I needed to wash my hair who would wash their hair 4 days after getting a wash and set. NATURAL Hair BEWARE. I have soooo much heat damage it’s crazy. Called them about it and their reply was we don’t do heat damage. I’m natural I don’t put heat on my hair at all not even to get my hair cut (curly cut) the lady tells me that’s not possible . I went for a second opinion, and this particular salon stated they were being money hungry and lied about me being able to get rollers. They clearly are uneducated and care more about their coin than your hair. My blowouts went from 85 to 45 and it last longer and looks way better. The lady who works the desk is rude, stuck up and has the worst attitude toward clients. Everyone should try the Dominican Flow Bar! They will lie to you and say your hair texture is to thick or coarse for rollers to get you to pay more. I went for a second opinion, and this particular salon stated they were being money hungry and lied about me being able to get rollers.
