So got nails done on Sunday. The paint already peeling off my nails and the gel is lifting off of the nail as well. For what I spent this shouldn’t happen. I don’t use chemicals at home and I don’t do much really since disabled. This place is no good. I tried to go in to see if they would fix my nails and they want to charge more. Definitely won’t be going back.

Critical: QualityI just visited this place for the first time a few hours ago. I am highly disappointed with what I received. My nails look like they were painted by a child, and the tech cut me several times. The paint looks lumpy, not smooth at all. When my husband got home, he asked if I let our daughter paint my nails . During the visit, after applying the acrylic – the tech asked me if I wanted my cuticles cut back. I asked him if that was included in the full set, and he told me it would be an extra $10. Really?! I have been to a ton of nail salons in Ocala, and have never had them charge me extra to cut my cuticles. I will not be back to this business again. Got a gel fill in with design by Richard and a pedicure done by Ngoc & LOVE it. They were both friendly and personable. Location is very clean and sanitize. Definitely would recommend it here.

First time every going their and Lynn did a FANTASTIC pedicure. Everyone was very professional and friendly and the salon was beautiful. It is very clean and sanitized properly. Personally will be going back as much as needed and highly recommend.

I made an appointment with a competitor but when I showed up they said there was no appointment. So I called KA, they said they could see me in 30 min. I got there at least 20 minutes early, and they made me feel very welcome. They did a beautiful job on my nails, and amazingly cost less than the original salon I booked. Will definitely be going back.

This was the worst experience ever. The owner is very rude. I had an appointment for a pedicure and fill for 5:30. I arrived at 5:15. The lady who did pedicure was nice but the women owner started asking me questions like “why you come so late? What you do all day?” I told her I work and that you should not have made me an appointment if you didn’t want to service. She started on my nails while lady was doing my pedicure. First she came over and turned off the massage chair, then she was pulling my hand towards her and filing very rough. I kept telling her that she was hurting me. The polish was not put on smooth, asked her to fix it and she got another attitude. I asked her what her problem was and she tried to play it off. I will never go back to this nail salon. I do not give my money to sub par salons.

Do not ever go to this salon! I sat down in the chair as the lady was clipping my nails she suddenly stood up and whipped a big pair of nail clippers across the salon and a towel and stormed off. I tried to stop my services then but when she returned she grabbed my hands and started yelling at me. I begged her not to touch me but she continued to pull my hands. When she finished one hand she would smack my hand away. My initial appointment was not even 30 mins long. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they are all different shapes extremely short and paper thin! When come time to pay she said that will be $48 and I expressed how unhappy I was with her manors and the job she had done. While in the process of taking my card out of my wallet she reaches over the counter and ripped my card out of my wallet and inserts it immediately into the machine. I immediately said excuse me and she said sit down I’ll rip them off now. I said I am not allowing you to touch my hands again. I did not want you to touch my hands in the first place. My mother was also there with me getting her nails done and she just turned around to ask if I was okay and I said no the nail tech immediately told me to shut up and stop talking. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I left the nail salon crying. There was a whole group of people about 9 waiting behind me and they all walked out due to my situation. Bad day or not that is not customer service. When I said I want my money back her response was I’m hungry I’m going to eat. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My nails look like a 4 year old did it.
