Are used to go to KY all the time and had the greatest experience but this time was not a good experience. I got a manicure and a pedicure and during my manicure, she was rushing the whole time my nails are bubbly they don’t look good at all. They are uneven, oddly shaped, and there is tons of acrylic on my fingers. My sister also got a manicure and the same thing happened to her. She was rushed the whole time. She went between two people during our pedicures many people came in and they helped them first and we were there for 2 1/2 hours and it was not enjoyable she did not give us a discount and charged us almost $200 for the both of us when in previous times for both of us it is only been 150 in mind you my sister didn’t even get her pedicure finished they filed her toes and scrubbed her legs and never painted them so we decided to leave with a overcharge from hell.

Went in 2 weeks ago and I was pretty happy with the outcome besides one nail uneven. I decided to go back and give them a second chance. Well they disappointed me even more. I was SO rushed. She was hopping back and forth between me and 2 other girls. I was there an hour and 30 min for a fill. Then she proceeded to accept more people as they came through the door. I asked for almond shaped and as you can tell every nail is a different shape. I just got them done last night and they already look outgrown because she didn’t push back my cuticle. She rushed so much that she kept smudging and repainted over multiple times. Looks like I’ll be finding a new place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for a full set of acrylics. I have never had such a sloppy and painful experience at a nail salon before. She ignored the picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. She cut me three times, one finger has taken a whole week to heal from how deep the cut was. She left dried acrylic stuck all over my fingers and my nails are so thick they look like a 5 year old did them. I will never be going back here again.

Was only one lady working. she was trying to do two clients at one time making the work a little sloppy. also resulting in the acrylic being super thick. she was very nice tho Acrylic nails

I used to come to KY all the time until i recently started going to Zen…but I came back to Ky for a pedicure and full set for my birthday tomorrow and the service wasn’t the best. My pedicure was rushed and I didn’t enjoy it. The water was to cold and when I asked for it hotter she looked at me like I was dumb. A man came over and turned the water hot but the whole pedicure wasn’t great. She used the tools harshly and quickly. I got a small cut on the side of my fingers but she gave me a discount so thats a plus. I also understand its summer and that bugs come in but flies kept landing on me just annoying me more.

I went in for a manicure & pedicure on a Monday. It wasn’t busy at all. My pedicure wasn’t terrible. But my toe nails are already peeling & it’s been less than 24 hours. He hardly even worked on my feet. When I arrived home (1 hr drive) I noticed that 4 out of my 10 acrylics have bubbled & the paint is literally peeling g off. The rest of the nails that aren’t bubbled are already chipping on the corners. I ask for short rounded nails & I insisted he cut them shorter. But he refused to listen to me. My husband paid $96 on this for Valentines Day & it hasn’t even looked good for Dat. Do not waste your only here. My nail beds are sore. He rushed & sent me on my way like me bei.g there was an inconvenience & I was the only customer there!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t typically give poor reviews, but my experience is not something I want others to go through.My friend and I had an appointment on a Friday morning and it was not extremely busy, so there was no reason to rush. I spent $96 on a full set and pedicure. The person doing my pedicure cut my big toe so much to the point that it’s swollen and painful 2 days later. Another person did my fingernails and cut my ring finger, it was very obviously bleeding and he continued to go over it several times with the file. I understand that mistakes happen, however, there was no regard for the mistake nor the pain that I was in.
