I had a signature manicure and pedicure this past weekend from Miranda. The pedicure space is beautiful, the music soothing and Miranda was nice to talk to through the two services. I also appreciate them checking temperature at the door, asking people to remove their shoes at the door and requiring hand sanitizer or hand washing before proceeding into the space.

Since my visit with her pre-pandemic, I received gift certificates to two other local spa facilities, and following these treatments, have come to the conclusion that the services I received at K West were entirely incomparable. The building is clean, inviting and the staff is professional. Katie is a highly skilled professional with incredible technique and a calming presence. The facial that I had with Katie superseded all off my expectations. Since my visit with her pre-pandemic, I received gift certificates to two other local spa facilities, and following these treatments, have come to the conclusion that the services I received at K West were entirely incomparable. I had a facial and pedicure at K.WEST in July. The space itself is gorgeous and peaceful. My facial was the best I have had, Katie is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The pedicure was amazing and I JUST took the color off last week, nearly 3 months later. It still looked great but was a summer light blue. I highly recommend K.WEST for all of your skin, body, and spirit needs!

I have had many facials and I can say that Katie truly has a gift. I thought all facials had to include squeezing and scrubbing but Katie could see that I had sensitive skin that needed to be treated gently and with the proper products. She knew exactly what to apply and did so with great care. If you are ready to be pampered and de-stressed, make an appointment, You will not be disappointed. In fact, I bet you’ll be recommending her to your friends and family. Keep up the good work Katie, I’ll be back.

This was the most relaxing, enjoyable, and healing facial that I have ever had. Katie gives you much more than just a facial and makes it an overall healing and cleansing experience. I haven’t felt so relaxed in such a long time. I also highly recommend the LED bed for an extra touch of restorative care. The positive energy in this place is palpable!

If I could I would rate K.West way higher than 5 stars! The whole experience is such a treat. I walked into this cozy historic home that has been decorated with the utmost care (big soft rugs, comfy chairs, beautiful flooring, and essential oils diffusing). And Immediately upon entering I already started to feel markedly calmer. Michaela greeted me at the door and offered me warm slippers, a hot cup of tea, and took my coat.
