This is my second time using this salon and the last time. I did not care for the polish so I asked for another coat because it looked very thin. You would have thought I asked for a kidney because both of the owners became very irate and to add insult to injury, she charged me not only to add polish but to take it off and redo it. I told her I only wanted another coat added but she insisted she had to remove the top coat for a do-over. They got very angry making me feel very uncomfortable. When I went to pay my bill, she charged me $105.00 for a regular mani/pedi. I will never go back to this place for ANYTHING. I will drive to Greenbrier first before I support them ever again. Believe me it’s not about the money, it’s about principle! Don’t waste your time going to this establishment ever!!

I took my 86 YO mom in and told them pedicure no gel and wax eyebrow and chin. After she was settled in chair I went and sat in my car. When I went back in to get her they didnt and wouldnt paint her toes ( no fungus) and they waxed her entire face and it was blood red. Then they charged me $75. They said she asked for it. No way! Ive been taking her for wax and nails for YEARS and she never gets anything but eyebrow and chin

Been trying to call for almost 4 hours and I know they’re not closed because I drove by 15 minutes ago on my way home, should’ve just stopped in. There was pretty much no one inside anyways so I’m not sure why no one answers the phones. Definitely a deterrent for business in my opinion..

My daughter and I went in as a walk-in to get pedicures a manicure and eyebrow waxing. The two lovely people got straight on it and exceeded expectations. We a super happy with their amazing work!!! We love this place and will be coming back!!

I went in for the first time the day before Mother’s Day to get pampered. They took me in as a walk in. I originally wanted a set with just white gel. She told me that white will turn yellow (I’ve never heard this before). I was getting family pics done the following day so tried picking a color to be close to my dress picture. She told me she did a blue ombré that day and it turned out really pretty so I went for it. I didn’t know the color or what it would look like so I trusted her. She only applied ONE coat of polish. You can see the acrylic under since it was a very light blue. She did glitter and tried to do an ombré. Unfortunately it was so patchy and just didn’t look right. My gut wanted to say something but she immediately went to another customer. They charged $60!! They didn’t even oil my cuticles, which I’ve always had that done with acrylics. I’ve never spent that much but I’m keeping open minded to the inflation but I want to like the nails for that price. It didn’t sit with me at all. I sent pics to my family and they asked if I did my own nails…it was that bad. I called them and the guy answered and told me I’d be charged for a repaint. I refused. My nails looked horrible, I felt they should fix it. He welcomed me back to get it fixed, when I got there and was showing him my nails, he was extremely defensive about his wife’s work. I tried showing him the patches of glitter and how you can see my nails under the paint. After that, he got quiet and just had me pick another color. He barely talked to me and started shooing me with his hands to direct me. I felt so uncomfortable. He didn’t charge me but now my nails are already lifting after only a week. My nails haven’t even grown out yet for a fill and they are already coming off.

I’ve been going here since 5th grade I am now 20 and I still go here to this day. The husband and wife are wonderful. They always remember you and you get great customer service. The husband and wife are the owners if you didn’t know. They both do a fantastic job but she does and amazing job at manicures and he does great with pedicures. I also get my eyebrows waxed here, they’re the best when it comes to eyebrows. I don’t like anyone else doing mine because she does them perfect. I definitely recommend going here I’m always super comfortable and I never feel judged. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS

I can not express what an awful pedicure my sister and I just got. We walked in and sat down in chairs at 4:47 pm and were paying at 5:09 pm. What the heck… We would never recommend this place to anyone and will continue to warn people about this place. If your in an extreme hurry then by all means but If you want that actual relaxing pedicure you’re looking for then run far far away from this place. Sorry we can’t give less then 1 star… They don’t even deserve that. And top it off we were charged $45 each.
