Kevin is normally really good but my nails are horrible he didn’t shape my nail or nothing I have natural long nails that we cut down but this was the worse for 65 dollars I will never go back. They even already peeling in it haven’t even been two week. If u don’t do dip say that I should get some of my money back for this horrible job that was done

The other guy that works I. The back doing pedicures. Did a $25 worth job on my pedicure, barely massage my legs with lotion, no salt scrub, no hot stone, no nothing extra and charged me $48! I’ll never go back again. They have customers talking to them any kind of way demanding cutting in line and now charge a $3 fee just to use your card. Also notice they use the same foot scrubbing tools on everyone it’s not a new set for every customer.

Critical: QualityVery overpriced. Got a simple matte pink set. They were coffin shaped and I asked for my pinky to be stiletto. When it was time to pay she said 60$ I asked her why it was so much and she didn’t say. She just said “okay 5 dollars off 55$” and right before me a younger girl got a coffin set for 35$. Not sure why they charged 55$ for a set with no designs at all, no jewels and all one color. I had a few crooked nails pointed out the first nail I noticed and the employee removed the nail and did it over and it looked worse. Then the design I wanted I had to have employee remove it because it was very sloppy!! It literally looked like a 5yr old did it.

Hit or miss on the nails so I stick with pedicures & eyebrows. Only place does my pedicure perfect, I hate leaving like I still need one. Could be updated and cleaner though. Doesn’t stink. Never use the restroom so I’m not sure about that..
