Got just a polish change on my feet with shellac. No other treatment. $45! They don’t have prices at the salon. My friends called to see how much the same treatment would be and they said $30. I got ripped off. I called to ask about the price difference and they said it was because she cut my cuticles and my feet were in the water. I’m not going back. Plus there was a dirty towel there. It wasn’t wet but it didn’t look clean.

I have experienced nearly every poor rating reported by other reviewers – the older man is the worst. He was rude and seemingly very much opposed to providing friendly and quality service to anyone young or black. I too experienced this type service from him some 10 years ago and witnessed his poor conduct a decade later when a young black woman attempted to express her requests and/or inform him he was being too rough. I wanted to interject and lend assistance to the young woman, but instead decided I would never return and that I would submit this post.

The dip was so thick and like bubbles on my fingers. They still charged me full price after being there for over 2 hours and with terrible nails. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. My mother and I went for pedicures and manicures this morning. My pedi lasted seven minutes and was the opposite of relaxing. My manicure last five minutes. Each time I thought it was a joke when the lady said she was finished.

This was a terrible experience! I have never written a review until I visited this place. I had a 50 minute delay after scheduling an appointment at 11. The staff was very rude, verbally scolding me when I accidentally smudged a nail. They made me pay and tip first; then proceeded to treat me very rudely and acted like I was a burden. I was just trying not to get yelled or scolded at by the end of it by my manicurist Katie. Would not recommend!
