This place is not the right place for basic Asian hairstyles. When I tell them “I’d like to keep most of my length on the top” and “you could probably trim off 1 cm at most” and share three pictures of medium-length hairstyles…and then they end up cutting a whole 4 cm off so my hair is sitting above my eyebrows, there must be some fundamental misunderstanding of the style I’m looking for. This is the second time this has happened; I was hoping I’d be able to explain my desired style a bit better this time but apparently not.

I have been a loyal customer of Kittenz haircut for almost a year. But then they got rebranded to K-Studio and something changed. First, Paulina who always did a great haircut for me, disappeared. I was told by management she broke her leg. Nobody saw her since then, so she probably just changed the job when salon management changed. I tried haircut with two different masters since then and was disappointed. I do not recommend the salon anymore.

Had my hair cut today… ugh the job I got done is horrible! It looks like a $10 dollar hair cut. I asked for a fade and they did a terrible one. I ask for my hair to stay long on top and they made it super short, with some areas longer than others. I’m very disappointed with their service it is not worth $30 dollars not coming back and I do not recommend. They advertise themselves as highclass haircut place, yet the service is very poor and they lack of hair cut knowledge.
