It was an amazing experience! Very friendly, very clean and organized, love to help, honest people, they do their best and treat you like a celebrity when they do your hair. I was unsure of what to get and they helped me make the best decision based on skin and face shape and personality. Super sweet too and willing to go the extra mile. She responded promptly and was so eager and helpful to get me in with a stylist that was familiar with the service! Kristina was amazing with my hair took the time to listen and get a feel for my hair history and then do exactly what I asked! I trusted her so much I brought my 12 year old daughter to her who is very tender headed and has coarse natural hair. Kristina took her time to make sure my daughter was comfortable, my daughter sat in her chair for 2 hours and there wasn’t a second my daughter looked uncomfortable or was in distress, which is typical when she gets her hair done! These ladies are amazing professionals and lift each other up as they work their marvelous wonders!
