Positive: Cleanliness, QualityToday was the first time I’d been back in over a year, and to say I missed it would be an understatement. The gentleman that did my nails did a lovely job, even when I accidentally smudged two of my nails and he fixed them for me. When I asked for a decoration, he did a tiny little palm tree on each of my big toes and I LOVE them.I’m excited to go back to get french tips, although – as usual – it will likely be a while because getting our nails done is a special occasion. It’s worth every penny to me though <3 Staff is friendly and welcoming as always, and I can tell that they're following Covid-19 guidelines with distanced seats, face masks, sanitizing equipment, and plexiglass guards. Today was the first time I’d been back in over a year, and to say I missed it would be an understatement. The gentleman that did my nails did a lovely job, even when I accidentally smudged two of my nails and he fixed them for me. Critical: ProfessionalismTheir signs and online site say they open at 9. We went at 9 and were sent away and told someone wouldn’t be there to work on people until 10. It would’ve been pushing it because we had to be somewhere at noon but we thought if got back early we would be first. Ran 1 errand and was back at the shop at 9:45. Six people were in the store, 3 being worked on and the wait was over an hour. We left, super unprofessional and I will never go back.Their signs and online site say they open at 9. Their signs and online site say they open at 9. We went at 9 and were sent away and told someone wouldn’t be there to work on people until 10. I hardly ever use these services because I value my money and I like quality service, especially because I dont ask for anything complicated. Well let’s just say, they only want your money with the lowest quality of service. And then have the nerve to charge like they have top knotch service. Please save your money and go elsewhere. The lady argued with me when I told her how I wanted my eyebrows. She saw a picture of my own eyebrows and said that it wasn’t me!!!! For the sake of your time and money, do no use then. Just omit for all services. I went in to get a simple pedicure, acrylics and eyebrow wax for a wedding in 2 days. I hardly ever use these services because I value my money and I like quality service, especially because I dont ask for anything complicated.
