Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueK Sister Nails has been my go-to mani/pedi salon and is the best in Fort Lee. The salon does really wonderful manicures and pedicures, and I always feel welcome and treated well. My nails look amazing after leaving the salon, and my manicures last over a week and my pedicures over a month. The team– Kay, Annie, and Choi– are professionals who take the time and put in the attention to detail, which shows. I had previously been to a number of salons in the area, and none match the service provided at K Sisters. It’s a really great nail salon, and I relish my weekly visits. K Sister Nails has been my go-to mani/pedi salon and is the best in Fort Lee. The salon does really wonderful manicures and pedicures, and I always feel welcome and treated well. My nails look amazing after leaving the salon, and my manicures last over a week and my pedicures over a month. Critical: ProfessionalismI had an 11:00am appointment. I arrived early and called from my car. No answer. I went to the entrance, saw people working and a posted sign to call. I called 5 times including 3 after 11:00am. No one ever answered the phone so I left. I found another nail spa for a mani and pedi. I called later in the day and the only response was “I am sorry.” I asked why they would treat customers this way. The response was “Are you going to come back?” It was almost laughable. I had an 11:00am appointment. I arrived early and called from my car. No answer. I went to the entrance, saw people working and a posted sign to call. I called 5 times including 3 after 11:00am. No one ever answered the phone so I left. I found another nail spa for a mani and pedi.
