Critical: Quality, ValueI had been here a few times, and in fact given raving reviews. Thought I had found my new salon. Tried to get a balayge done this past Saturday. My hair turned orange. Obviously not what I wanted, and wasn’t warned that this was a possibility . She should have been honey with me and told me that this could happen. I would not have gone through with it if I knew this was a possibility. I have naturally dark hair. She did a revamp on Tuesday free of charge. Only slightly better. I am going to a different salon on Saturday to see if they can correct my color. So, I will be out an additional $200 on top of what I have already paid for my “balayge.” I am heartbroken and I can’t even look in the mirror.I had been here a few times, and in fact given raving reviews.
