I booked a 60 minute standard massage at K Salon since my partner gave me a gift card. I was booked with Alyssa since I had no preference on the massage therapist. This was my first massage ever (why I waited so long is beyond me) and Alyssa did a wonderful job! I don’t like extremely intense pressure and Alyssa made sure her pressure was good the entire time. She found all of the knots in my neck and shoulders (I was surprised how knotted my neck was) and worked on them carefully. The lotion wasn’t overly scented and I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. I agree the rooms could be a little more soundproof, maybe some music in each room would help, but I 100% will be returning! I would recommend Alyssa for anyone who just needs a relaxing experience!

Megan Whatcott is amazing! I go every 3 weeks because I can’t wait to see what she will do next. I used to have short stubby nails that cracked all the time but with routinely going they have grown and became so strong! Plus it’s fun to have new nail art and painted nails all the time!

I was assigned with Samantha for a deep tissue massage and out of the countless massages I’ve had she easily performed the best. No one has ever been able to get into and treat my problem areas like she did. I highly recommend she is requested by anyone who goes in for a massage in the future. I’m very impressed!

Nice concept but the staff needs to be a bit quiet when in the spa. I had a rough a day and decided to pamper myself last week ( Oct 11 ) . I booked a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. I am actually impressed and happy of the location because it’s very close to my house. I though that this will be my sanctuary. The hair salon is definitely a bonus. The booking process is excellent and during the check in. The problem starts when I am having my massage. The staff and one of the guest in the pedicure area were chatting and laughing so hard that I couldn’t relax. Therapist said the walls are thin ( the more the staff should talk gently with their ladies) . A different lady did my facial so I have to moved to another room which I think for me is inconvenient . BTW, both ladies who did my massage and facial were very nice but were too green for my expectation. I asked for experienced massage therapist when I made the reservation. The massage therapist asked about the pressure and I told her she can make it harder, which she did but went soft again after few mins. I wouldn’t want to be talking all the time about this with her. The lady who did the facial was ok. For my pedicure I did it in the spa and for the manicure I have to be moved to the hair salon. The nail technician is new but she is actually not bad. My nails still look great. When I paid for my services I told the receptionist about the noise and that she should let the owner know. I don’t know what happened because I didn’t receive any feedback from the salon manager/owner or the receptionist. Over all, this spa and hair salon have a great concept, location is quite good and parking is hassle free. I wish the ladies who work there can be a bit quieter and not ruin their customers experience. And for the other spa goers I could only hope that they can be a bit courteous and have a proper spa etiquette. Thanks for reading.

Recently, this salon has been very unprofessional. I had regular appointments scheduled and when told I needed to reschedule I was informed my technician no longer worked there. When I texted my technician, I discovered that I was told before she was that she had been fired. They fired her over a text message with no information as to why. I find this highly unprofessional and very disrespectful to the technician as well as putting me, the client, in an uncomfortable position. As a professional business, this was handled so poorly and it’s unfortunate because I really enjoyed this salon but not cannot support this behavior.

One of the only hair salons that stay open late. Works great for my schedule, Sage does an amazing job!! she is very professional, Im really picky with my line up on my hair and she takes her time and I dont feel rushed would definitely recommend her!!!. The place is clean and the staff is friendly!!

Unfortunately I’ve been here twice for 2 separate services and both times did not meet my expectations. I haven’t gotten my hair done here so I can’t make a comment about that. The services I have had was a massage and eye last tint & lift.
